Sometimes it's hard to know which leads, prospects and customers are the best to follow-up with. If you only knew that they might be interested in your message or offer. With WAM acting as your customer funnel, you can. Here's how....

  1. If you haven't already, you can create Contact databases specific to company and the type of information you want to store. This can even include sales rep, location and more. Your Contacts can be imported from any Contact Management or CRM system using our simple import tool. You can segment those Contacts into one or many lists for better message targeting. You can quickly find and manage the contacts that you want — and easily weed out the ones that you don’t.

  2. Working with the marketing team, you can create and send branded, targeted messages directed to prospective and existing customers with your announcements, offers, contests or events. Any links are automatically tracked for you and you can insert personalization elements to deliver the one-to-one feel.

  3. Use WAM's Active Reports to see who’s receiving messages, who’s opening, how many times and what they’re clicking on. You can instantly generate call sheets in Excel right from the reporting based upon those factors

Prospecting with Automated Follow ups

Every day it becomes more difficult to get the attention of your prospective customers. More often than not, rejection can come as politely as "Send me more information". Keeping up on the process can quickly cut call times and send mixed signals about interest levels. Now your reps can have a very simple system for prospects and automated follow-ups. Here's How:

  1. Optionally pre-load the prospect database into WAM using the simple import tool.

  2. Build a feedback form. You can ask for as much or as little Contact information as you want. The key is to add one or many auto-response emails that will go out when the form is submitted. This can include thank you messages, white papers, special offers or any other electronic material you want to send. You can even add little specific personalization elements to the prospect and/or the sales rep in each message. Give the form a specific web address that the rep will remember like wam.youraddress.com/rep1.

  3. When the form is complete, simply use the "copy" function to create as many additional forms for the reps and just change the personalized elements and web address (i.e. wam.youraddress.com/rep2). In minutes you can have a specific form for each rep to use.

  4. When your reps call upon a new prospect and are asked to "send more information", they simply fill the form out. WAM takes over and sends the information consistently, in your branding, from the rep specifically. The rep simply logs the follow-up call later on after the auto-response cycle and moves on to the next call. When the rep is ready to call on the person again, they can check the reports to see if the specific prospect opened the emails, clicked on the links and can gauge their interest
